Tribute to MCA

One of my clearest memories of falling in love with music is when I was introduced to the Beastie Boys.  I had always been into music and spent hours listening to records, but the Beastie Boys are the first band/group that I was obsessed with.

One thing about MCA and the Beastie Boys is that they stayed true to themselves and always had vibe of doing and saying whatever they want.  MCA being one-third of the team played a big part of teaching me that lesson.

It's a lesson best illustrated in the song Coldplay covered in a tribute to MCA.

Boy

Tonight I saw an AMAZING film called, "Boy".  I encourage you all to see it.  It was near perfect.  Funny, touching, dramatic, just an all around damn good movie.  I hope to create something this wonderful before I clock out.

I'm just now walking away from the studio where I will be recording my next project. I'm very excited about this. The stuff I'm writing is very different from what I usually do, so I hope you guys enjoy!
